Anul acesta pe data de 18 octombrie casa de discuri 17 North Parade, o filială a celebrei VP Records, lansează Hard Time Pressure, un material ce conţine 3 discuri legendare (2 CD-uri + 1 DVD ce prezintă concertul susţinut în 1986 la JapanSplash) dedicate memoriei artistului jamaican Sugar Minott ce a murit din păcate vara trecută.
Piesele incluse pe Hard Time Pressure, cele 36, reflectă întreaga carieră a lui Sugar Minott, de la perioada Studio One până la cea a dancehall-ului digital când a şi fost numit de fani „The Godfather of Dancehall„.

This year on the 18th of October the record label 17 North Parade, a branch of the famous VP Records, releases Hard Time Pressure, a record containing 3 legendary disks (2 CDs and 1 DVD presenting the concert performed in 1986 at JapanSplash) dedicated in memory of the jamaican artist Sugar Minott that unfortunately passed away last summer.
The tracks included on Hard Time Pressure, the 36 ones, reflect the entire career of Sugar Minott, starting from the Studio One days to the time of the digital dancehall when he got from his fans the name of „The Godfather of Dancehall„.
Beside over 60 albums recorded, we remain thankful to this great artist also for the discovery of new talents such as Junior Reid, Yami Bolo or Garnett Silk. We invite you next to watch a piece of the memorable concert at JapanSplash – ’86.
