Acum aproape un an, casa de discuri austriacă Irievibrations anunţa lansarea unui nou album semnat Anthony B cu ocazia premierei piesei Beat Dem Bad, o colaborare cu Konshens. Acest lucru a tot fost amânat până în 2012 când în sfârşit avem parte de o dată oficială de lansare: 25 mai. Pe Freedom Fighter, căci acesta este numele albumului, vom regăsi paisprezece piese plus două „bonus tracks” înregistrate în stil roots reggae, R&B şi dancehall.

Puteţi asculta mai jos un „snippet” al întregului album ce este deschis chiar de piesa ce-i dă numele, o piesă ce ne aduce aminte de celebra Run For Cover a lui Bob Marley. De asemenea, vă punem la dispoziţie piesele Cry Blood pe Love Bird Riddim, Caribbean Girl pe Caribbean Riddim şi Throw It Pon Dem, ce ar putea fi pe album, dar mă bazez în acest sens doar pe coincidenţa de nume 🙂 Enjoy!

Urmăriţi-ne pentru mai multe albume reggae!

Almost a year ago, with the release of the Beat Dem Bad track, Irievibrations, the Austrian record company, announced the release of a new album signed by Anthony B. The release date kept being postponed and finally, in 2012, we have an official release date – the 25^th of May. The Freedom Fighter album will contain 14 songs and an extra 2 “bonus” tracks, ranging from roots reggae to R&B and dancehall. Bellow you can listen to a “snippet” of the whole album, preceded by the track that bears the actual album’s name – a song that reminds us of Bob Marley’s famous Run for Cover. You can also check out Cry Blood from the Love Bird Riddim, Caribbean Girl from the Caribbean Riddim and Throw It Pon Dem tracks that which, based on a hunch, may find their way onto the soon-to-be released album.
