Lazy Face

Lazar Angelov a.k.a. Lazy Face has been involved in the music business for a long time. Part time promoter and booking agent with his own Lazy Days Agency since 2005, he decides to start playing jamaican music in bars in Sofia in the winter of 2009, under the name of selector Lazy Face.
The first few parties are called Jamaica Air Force and have a great success.
In the summer of 2011, the idea of the Jamaica Air Force radio show arises, and shortly after this, the show begins its’ broadcast on xraydio.net, every friday afternoon. It is still the only jamaican music dedicated radio show in Bulgaria.
In the same time, Lazy Face writes about JA music on his also very own Dog War Reggae Blog, a place for local and international jamaican music related news.
Lazy Face has played prestigious festivals such as Taksirat 2011 (Skopje, MK) and has opened for Mungo’s Hi-Fi, Dub Incorporation and project of former Asian Dub Foundation members, Up-Rising.

Jahmmi Youth

Born in 1989 in the family of professional musicians, Jahmmi Youth has been surrrounded by music since birth. He studied trumpet at the Sofia Music School and is now doing a degree at Sofia University (Faculty of Classical and New Philologies).
As a leading artist (singer and performer) at Roots Rocket Label, he collaborates with musicians from the UK, France, South Africa, Romania and other countries.
Jahmmi Youth participated in the first Bulgarian-Jamaican record with King Ali Baba and has shared the stage with musicians like Macka B, General Levy, Israel Vibration, DUB Incorporation. He has toured in Greece, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Romania.
In fall 2012, Jahmmi Youth will release his first mixtape called “Ridin di riddims” and will promote it with a European tour.
