Vă povesteam în urmă cu ceva vreme, în momentul în care au lansat All Day All Night, că Black Roots s-au reunit şi sunt gata acum să continue munca pe care au început-o în urmă cu mai bine de treizeci de ani, în 1979 mai exact.

Prima ocazie de a realiza acest lucru o reprezintă un nou album numit On The Ground, pe care vom regăsi şaptesprezece piese. Materialul apărut deja pe data de 10 septembrie poarta sigla caselor de discuri Nubian Records şi Sugar Shack Records.
